How to Multiple App update or Setup Account

In this video, we will show you how to use DevPlay Console Tool to simplify your Android app publishing workflow with Google Play Console. With DevPlay Console Tool, you can connect your Google Play Console account, configure your app, upload AAB files, publish app updates, and manage multiple apps from one place. Generate JSON Key

Auto-setup Google Cloud

Use our built-in tool to automatically setup your Google Cloud project.

  • Go to the Service Accounts page in this software.
  • Click "Google Sign in & Connect" and login with your Google Developer account.
  • Select "Create New Project", enter a name, and click "Generate JSON Key".
  • (First time only) You may be asked to Accept Google Cloud Terms of Service in your browser. Accept them and click Generate again.
  • The file will download automatically. Save it and select it as your Profile path.

Grant Play Console Access

Give permissions to email

You must grant your new Service Account permission in Play Console.

  • Open Google Play Console → Users and permissions → Invite new users
  • Paste the Email ID of your Service Account (found in the Service Accounts page after saving).
  • Go to "Account Permissions" tab and grant Admin (or Release Manager) permissions.
  • Click "Invite User" (No invitation acceptance required for service accounts).

First Upload (Manual)

Initial version via web console

⚠️ The first version of your app MUST be manually uploaded via Play Console web. After that, all updates can use DevPlay Console Tool.
  • Create app in Play Console and complete Store Listing.
  • Upload first .aab manually and submit for review.
  • Once approved, use this software for all future updates.
